The seventh season of Africa’s biggest Christian talent hunt show, God’s Children Great Talent (GCGT) premiered across 7 major TV stations on Sunday, 14th May, 2017 and we’re still raving about all the brilliant performances by the youngsters aged between 5 and 20.
The show hosted by Wazobia Max presenter, Olive Emodi debuted with auditions from three regions – Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt; and saw an incredible display of talents ranging from singing, dancing to spoken word poetry, comedy and more.
A major highlight of the premiere was when a young talented pianist from Abuja wowed the scouts and the audience by playing the piano excellently well with a blindfold covering his eyes.
This and the tons of other skills displayed by the 5000 kids on a quest for stardom made the debut edition of the seventh season a remarkable one.
