A court in New York has rules that singer, Kesha, must see out her contract with Kemosabe records.
Kemosabe records, owned by Sony Music is run by Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, who Kesha filed a lawsuit against in 2014.
Kesha claims that Lukasz drugged her and sexually assaulted her starting in 2005, shortly after she turned 18.
She filed a suit to enable her leave her contract with the label, however, the court ruled that Kesha must see out the rest of her contract.
Lukasz has denied all the allegations, claiming Kesha made them up to try to get out of her contract.
