Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Rasak has been cleared of corruption charges by the attorney general.
Prime Minister Rasak came under fire last year after it was disclosed that he had received $620 million from the Saudi Royal Family.
Although calls for his resignation began last year, the Prime Minister remained steadfast in his insistence that the money was a gift.
“I am satisfied with the findings that the funds were not a form of graft or bribery,” Attorney-General Mohamed Apandi Ali disclosed in his finding.
