Vice President Mike Pence has called his soon-to-be successor Kamala Harris to offer his congratulations, according to reports.

Kamala was elected vice-president after Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential general election after defeating incumbent president Donald Trump.

Biden and Harris will be sworn in as president and vice-president respectively on January 20.

Meanwhile, Mr. Trump has still refused to actually concede his 2020 election loss to President-elect Joe Biden.
