TIPS ON HOW TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WHILE IN PUBLIC

With the gradual ease of restrictions on public gatherings, the following are tips on how to practice social distancing while in public:

  1. Try as much as possible to maintain the 2 metres safe distance from other people: Try not to come into physical closeness with random people on the streets.

  2. Avoid touching your face until you have washed your hands. This is because you might have touched contaminated surfaces and this is why you need to keep a handy hand-sanitizer with you.

  3. Do not walk in groups: Due to the spread of the Coronavirus, try as much as possible to reduce group outings and move alone to your destination.

  4. Wear your face masks: Do not forget your face masks at home. Wear your face masks effectively to cover your mouth and nose.

  5. Do not go out if it is not necessary: Staying at home still remains the best preventive measure for Coronavirus infection. If it is not necessary, stay at home.

  6. Use delivery services if you need to get something from the market: You can be safer with delivery services; try as much as possible to order your goods online and get them delivered at your doorsteps
