The 21-year-old was announced as the winner during the live finale on Sunday night. Aikou finished as the first runner-up, while Sheba placed second runner-up.
Temi’s victory earned her the N160 million grand prize. The prize includes N90 million in cash, a brand new car worth N60 million and other sponsored rewards.
The winner secured the most public support after voting closed on Friday, October 2, at 9 p.m. Her strong support from viewers helped her claim the title in a season that started on July 26 with 24 housemates.
Aikou, who became a Gambit housemate, finished as the first runner-up. His calm demeanour made him a fan favourite during the competition.
Sheba took the second runner-up spot. She became known for her bold personality and strong presence early in the game.
Temi, Aikou and Sheba also survived a dramatic finale eviction night. Six housemates, Barry, Oyin, Ricky, Flora, Tram and Bluethopia, exited the house before the final three emerged.
The finale brought an end to a season filled with twists, evictions and changing alliances. It also featured live performances from singers Teni and Oshamo.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu hosted the finale as viewers waited to see who would succeed Imisi as BBNaija champion.
