Nigeria has won its first medal at the ongoing ongoing Rio 2016 Paralympic Games courtesy of Tijani Latifat
Latifat Tijani won silver in the women’s 45kg Powerlifting after lifting 106kg behind China’s Hu Dandan, who set a new world and paralympic record with her lift of 107kg.
