An All Progressives Congress (APC), chieftain in Kebbi State, Salihu Isa Nataro has predicted the posibilities of Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, as the potential replacement of President Muhammadu Buhari, as Nigeria’s number one man if Buhari decides not to run for the second term.
Nataro also urged President Buhari to encourage Osinbajo by giving him more responsibilities in critical decision making areas, Daily Trust reports.
The APC chieftain reportedly made the comments while speaking in an interview over the weekend in Birnin Kebbi.
“Osinbajo, whom I see to be a possible replacement of Muhammadu Buhari is very active and understands the president more than any member of the cabinet. We must be proud of this co-operation to reconstruct Nigeria,” Nataro said.
