The iconic rap group, Niggers with Attitude (NWA) were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame on Friday night.
NWA make history by being the only hip hop act to be inducted this year and just the fifth hip hop acts to ever be inducted into the hall of fame
With a rousing introduction of the group by Compton Rapper, Kendrick Lamar who espoused the greatness of the NWA members, Ice Cube, Dr Dre, DJ Yella, MC Ren and the late Eazy E.
Kendrick said “Being gangsta symbolizes a hustle that you can change a reality. The true meaning of gangsta being able to show what it takes to be the world’s biggest music group. Being gangsta is forming iconic records, Ruthless Records, Death Row, Aftermath…. so now, after 30 years of being heard, being gangsta is being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.”
