A Nigerian writer identified as Joy Ehonwa has shared how she was compensated by God after being duped by a house agent of N150, 000 in 2017.
In a series of tweets by the writer, she explained that she needed to get an apartment close to her office at Surulere.
Unfortunately, she fell into the hands of a fraudulent house agent who also collected money from 24 other people for the same apartment she paid for.
Her office soon moved to Ikoyi and thankfully, a kind colleague offered her a furnished 3-bedroom flat in Ikoyi rent-free for 5 months.
The icing on the cake for Ehonwa was that she met her husband in that house. According to her, God consoled her for her loss.

In 2007 I deposited 150k for a mini flat.
When I got there to pay balance and collect key, I found out like 24 other people had paid for the same flat and we had all been scammed, including cripple sef.
My temperature rose as I was leaving and by evening, full blown malaria.
