A Nigerian man has been sentenced to death for drug trafficking in Malaysia by a Shah Alam High Court.

Alexis Zogbelemo was found guilty of trafficking 824 grammes of Methamphetamine on February 28, 2012.

He was arrested at the Kuala Lumpur international airport and at his sentencing, the judge ruled that his defense was weak and “fabricated”.
