Nigerian musician, Naira Marley has been slapped with a N200,000 fine by a Federal Capital Territory mobile court in Abuja.
He is also asked to render an apology to the FG and this comes after he graciously flouted Presidential Task Force guidelines on COVID-19.
However, he denied all four charges brought against him by the prosecuting team. He was then given the sentence by the presiding magistrate. Idayat Akanni.
The sentence also required him to publish a public apology to the Federal Government of Nigeria in a national newspaper.
