A man in Los Angeles died yesterday after falling off a 53 storey construction site.

The yet to be identified man was working as an electrician at the Wilshire Grand Center which is currently under construction.

In just his second day on the job, officials say he did not have a hard hat on as he fell onto the rear of a vehicle.
