In one of the most shocking and apparently random incidents of violence you’ll ever hear of, a 33 year old man beheaded a 4 year old girl just outside a subway station in Taiwan.

The girl, whose mother was walking just a few meters behind her as she rode a bicycle was grabbed by her attacked who then hacked her head off with a meat cleaver.

The incident occurred at the Neihu district in Taiwan’s capital of Taipei and the attacker has only been identified as ‘Wang’ who is now in police custody.
