Nigerian dancer, Lil Smart has formally filed a petition against Naira Marley, the CEO of Marlian Records, and singer Zinoleesky, alleging threats to his life.

The issue came to light on December 9, 2024, when Lil Smart took to social media to express his concerns, sharing videos and photos purportedly showing Zinoleesky and others chasing him.

He urged the public to hold the duo accountable if anything untoward happened to him.

Responding to the allegations, Zinoleesky denied the claims, accusing Lil Smart of seeking attention.

Despite the denial, Lil Smart has moved forward with legal action.

In a post shared, he disclosed that he had submitted his petition to the authorities and was committed to seeking justice.

He further claimed that this was not the first time he had been targeted by Naira Marley and Zinoleesky but previously lacked sufficient evidence to take action.

“This is not the first or third time I have been experiencing this bullying,” he wrote.

“But I didn’t have enough evidence to face the law. Now, I thank God I have very good evidence, and I will put everything on the line to make sure this bullying and threat to life is stopped.”

Lil Smart expressed confidence in the legal system, adding, “With my evidence, I really hope that they are not too big to be apprehended. By God’s grace, the law that binds us as citizens of Nigeria will ensure I get the justice I deserve.”

At the time of this report, Naira Marley has not issued a response to the allegations.
