Colombian reggaeton singer, J Balvin has broken a new record with his Latin Grammy Award Nominations, making him hold the latest Guinness World Records title “most Latin Grammy nominations in a single year”. 

Earlier in September when the nominees were revealed for the 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards, J Balvin led the list with 13 nominations for his most recent album “Colores y Oasis,” a collaborative production with Bad Bunny – making history.

J Balvin who featured Nigerian Singer, Mr Eazi on his Como Un Bebé single with Bad Bunny, isn’t the first to break this record as it was previously held by the Puerto Rican duo Calle 13 (step brothers “Residente” and “Visitante”) with a total of 10, for the 12th annual ceremony in 2011.
