PROTESTERS, demonstrating under the aegis of #RevolutionNow in Abuja have demanded the resignation of the President, Muhammadu Buhari over the rising insecurity in the country.
According to reports, the protesters blocked the Umaru Yar’Adua Way leading to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and made bonfires on the ever-busy road, leaving motorists stranded.
Workers who live in Lugbe, Kuje, and other areas along the airport road were most hit by the protest as they made their way to the city centre to resume work after the weekend.
