Speaking out about his wife Darasimi’s alleged infidelity, Nigerian comedian Ganiyu Kehinde, better known by his stage as Ijoba Lande, has said that although he is willing to forgive her, their marriage is gone.
Ijoba Lande stressed the value of forgiveness on his most recent Instagram livestream, but he made it plain that he would not make amends with his split wife.
“I won’t accept her back, but for me to make heaven and for God to forgive all my sins, I will forgive her,” he said. “She has done her own, I forgive her, but it’s gone. Do you understand?”
In addition, the comic offered his opinions on learning from the past and personal development, cautioning against making the same mistakes twice.
“No matter what someone does to you in life, if they ask for your forgiveness, please forgive them, but don’t allow the thing to repeat itself. Don’t allow the mistake you make to repeat itself,” he added.
Ijoba Lande made these comments after his wife, Darasimi, addressed accusations of adultery by asserting that there was no romantic affair and that the dispute was the result of a game of “Truth or Dare.”

In the past, Lande had accused Darasimi of having several extramarital affairs, a charge that has generated a lot of public discussion.
Darasimi, however, denied the accusations in a recent statement, claiming that the only time she had a dubious encounter with Baba Tee, another male, was during a game of “Truth or Dare.”
She added that her breakup with Ijoba Lande had nothing to do with adultery and that Baba Tee was not aware of her marital status when they first met.
