“Don’t Pressure Someone’s Son Over This Wedding” – Solomon Buchi Advises Women Following Priscilla and Juma’s Wedding

Solomon Buchi, a life coach, has counselled women to avoid feeling pressured by Priscilla Ojo and her husband’s extravagant wedding.

Solomon Buchi cautioned women against bothering their boyfriends or fiancés over Priscilla and Juma’s wedding in a post that was seen on his page.

He further advised people to cut their coat according to their sizes, emphasising that everyone is not the same.

He wrote;

As you celebrate Priscilla and Juma’s wedding, I hope you don’t burden someone’s son with obsessing and wanting that kind of wedding. I hope you only admire it from afar but are wise enough to know that you can’t have it that big and grand.”

”I hope you don’t let the social media buzz pressure you. Some will have a parlour wedding, some will have a fairly decent wedding, some will wear two outfits, and others will wear 20 outfits, but let everyone be wise enough to cut their coat according to their cloth.”

“Ceremony is one thing, marriage is another. The greatest prayer is for a successful marriage.”

@houseoforeke_:
“Lol 😂, pressure a man at owner’s risk oooooooooo……. I don’t wish for anyone’s success, mine is mine……. I did my wedding in a very normal way, as a matter of fact I wasn’t happy on my wedding day bcs the way my fathers family were behaving, I missed my mother and I was literally crying but I am happy 😊 now bcs my marriage is one of my BIG ACHIEVEMENTS IN LIFE. Wo, marry a KIND PERSON 📌.”

@callmeduch:
“People like me had a parlour wedding with one outfit and that’s fine, I will have a grand wedding renewal in future, all I pray is for God to bless our pockets and keep us in good health, no time is too late to celebrate 👏👏👏”

@temi_realtems:
“I absolutely loved Priscilla and Juma’s wedding the aso ebi, the dresses, everything was so beautiful, and I’m really happy for them. But for my own wedding, I’ve always dreamed of something simple. I want a very simple dress and a small, intimate ceremony, maybe just 10 to 15 people, either in a garden or indoor setting.
Even though I believe God will bless me abundantly and I’ll have the means to do something grand, I’d still choose simplicity, elegance, and meaning over extravagance. No pressure just staying true to what I’ve always ❤️❤️ I could even order a dress from SHEIN 😂😂😂 I just really like simplicity”

@themidewilliams_:
“I was still telling myself that I absolutely love that wedding for entertainment purpose. After the whole awwwwwwnnnn, reality hits. I don’t plan to have a large wedding. I guess ‘grand’ is relative and sometimes less is more… so yhhh”

@the_tutu7:
“Honestly, social media will pressure you. One thing I’m very happy when it comes to how I was raised is that I’m always content, I strive for the better but I’m never jealous of anything. That wedding was good and even if I have all that money, my wedding is still going to be strictly by invitation because after that day, people will forget you and even the wedding and what they ate😂😂😂 that’s life”

@akwaabafxicterian:
“The bride’s mom didn’t have that kind of wedding….if you can’t, work hard for your son/daughter. We are different. Even Zuckerberg didn’t have that kind of wedding….don’t let her be your yardstick.”
