The Nasarawa State Police Public Relations Officer, Ismaila Numan, confirmed on Monday that 36 suspects were handed over to the police command. However, the NPFย Public Relations Officer, Bisi Kolawole has denied receiving the second set of 56 suspects.

โ€œI have made inquiries at the FCT Police Command and what I learnt was that they had yet to receive the suspects,โ€ she stated.

Fulani herdsmen have been responsible for growing violence in many states in Nigeria with yet another attack in Enugu on Monday leaving 40 people dead.
