Burna Boy Leads Nigerian Artists With Most Songs Above 100M Spotify Streams

Burna Boy leads Nigerian artists with songs above 100 million Spotify streams, reaching 14 qualifying tracks as September 2026 ends. The milestone places Burna Boy ahead of Asake, who follows with 12 songs surpassing the same 100 million stream threshold.

Tems and Omah Lay share third position, with each Nigerian star recording nine songs above 100 million Spotify streams currently. Wizkid follows with eight qualifying songs, while Rema has seven tracks that have crossed this significant streaming milestone worldwide globally.

Davido and Fireboy DML each have five songs exceeding 100 million streams, according to the latest Nigerian Spotify figures today. Kizz Daniel also records five qualifying songs, joining Davido and Fireboy among artists with multiple nine-figure Spotify streaming achievements worldwide.

Ayra Starr and CKay each have four songs above 100 million streams, highlighting Nigeria’s expanding global streaming footprint worldwide today. Burna Boy’s 14-song tally includes major records that have continued attracting audiences across Nigeria and international markets around the world.

Among his qualifying songs are Ye, On the Low, Last Last, It’s Plenty, City Boys, and Tested, Approved & Trusted today. Meanwhile, Spotify’s growing Nigerian catalogue reflects increasing global demand for Afrobeats and contemporary sounds from the country’s artists worldwide today.

The latest figures count Nigerian songs specifically, creating a different ranking from lists that include every collaboration across artist credits. Under broader all-credits calculations, Burna Boy has previously been reported with more qualifying songs because featured appearances also count there.

Nevertheless, the Nigerian-songs ranking places Burna Boy firmly at the top, followed by Asake, Tems, Omah Lay, and Wizkid today. As streaming continues growing, more Nigerian artists could join the 100 million club as their catalogues gain international audiences.
