A bomb attack near a police station in Libya has claimed at least 15 lives. A bomb laden truck rammed into a building in Zliten.

The suicide attack occurred at a police training camp as 400 recruits were training.
Libya has announced a state of emergency in response to the attack even as there have been no immediate claims of responsibility.

Regardless, the attack has been attributed to Islamic State terrorist group
