Nigerian actor Blossom Chukwujekwu and his wife, Winifred Akhuemokhan Ehinome, have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Angela-Ritsa Evanna Chukwujekwu.

The Christ Embassy Lagos Virtual Zone (CELVZ) Phenom church shared the news on Instagram on Sunday and celebrated the couple’s growing family.

“Hearty Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl – Angela-Ritsa Evanna Chukwujekwu. Brother Blossom Chukwujekwu & Pastor Ehinome Chukwujekwu,” the post reads.

The church also prayed for the couple as they began life with their daughter.

“We rejoice with you on this beautiful gift from the Lord. May your home be filled with divine love, joy and God’s grace as you raise your precious daughter in his light

Welcome, Little Princess!”

The baby is the first child for Chukwujekwu and Ehinome since they married in 2022. The couple held their traditional wedding in Benin City, Edo State, that year.

Chukwujekwu was previously married to Maureen Esisi. Their marriage lasted from 2015 until they separated in 2019.

After the breakup, Esisi said “deceit” led to the end of the marriage. In April 2021, she spoke about having suicidal thoughts after the separation. She also described the day she learned the marriage had ended as the “worst day of my life”.

In 2022, Esisi said she had not received official divorce papers from the actor.
