Abolaji Banjoko also known as Beejay Sax, first announced his intention to hold an online praise party on March 27, 2020 via his Instagram account.
On Saturday, March 28 2020, the 1st edition of the online praise party with Laolu Gbenjo held on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The praise party has been holding since then and on Saturday, June 6 2020, the Nigerian Christian Musician held the grand finale of the online praise party. Other artists that were featured were Kene Bukky, Bolaji Big, Dare Justified and Tosin Bee.
Also, the Nigerian Christian Musician, Beejay Sax alongside with Laolu Gbenjo were invited by the Lagos State Government to play at the Mainland Isolation Centre and the Onikan Isolation Centre. The spread of the pandemic and the lockdown did not stop the Christian Musicians from directing the people back to God through praises.
