Nineteen housemates in the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ‘Show Ya Sef’ house now face possible eviction after this week’s nomination process.
The nominations began shortly after Sheba emerged as Head of House (HoH) for week two. During the exercise, Big Brother asked each housemate to save three fellow contestants.
After the voting, four housemates secured the highest number of saves and initially earned immunity. However, Sheba used her HoH power to save Chimsom Chuka. She then replaced Cassi, who had originally made the safe list.
The move secured immunity for Tram, Barry, Goddessa and Chimsom. The four housemates will automatically progress to week three.
The remaining 19 contestants now depend on public votes to stay in the competition. They are Abi, Araga, Aikou, Bells, Bluethopia, Cassi, Flora, Gerard, Kamsy, Keivo, Martins, Mercedes, Neche, Nomy, Oyin, Ricky, Sultex, Temi Nkem and Yusuf.
This marks the first eviction nomination of the season. No housemate has left the show since it premiered on July 26, 2026, with 24 contestants.
Meanwhile, Flora and Aikou recently became “The Gambits” of the season. The twist guarantees them a place in the house until the finale. However, they can no longer compete for the grand prize.
This year’s winner will receive N160 million, the biggest prize in the history of the reality show since its debut in 2006.
As the first live eviction show draws closer, fans will decide which of the nominated housemates remain in the race for the coveted prize.
