Asharami Synergy Donates Classroom Furniture to Lagos School

Asharami Synergy, a leading downstream energy solutions provider, has contributed vital classroom furniture to Gaskiya Junior School in Ijora, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The initiative, executed in partnership with the Sahara Group Foundationโ€” the social impact arm of Sahara Groupโ€”aims to improve educational outcomes by fostering better learning environments.

As part of the project, Asharami Synergy donated desks and chairs specifically for Junior Secondary School 1 (JSS1) classes.

Nomnso Dike, Chief Executive Officer of Asharami Synergy, highlighted the projectโ€™s alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4, which promotes inclusive and equitable quality education.

โ€œThis project is designed to create a comfortable and functional learning environment, which we believe will enhance studentsโ€™ academic performance.

Partnering with the management and students of Gaskiya Junior School has been a rewarding experience, and we look forward to future opportunities to support education in this historic institution,โ€ Dike said.

Dike further noted that Asharami Synergyโ€™s education-focused initiatives have impacted over 10,000 individuals, emphasizing capacity building and sustainable growth for students.

Expressing gratitude, Mrs. Sola Oladokun, Vice Principal of Gaskiya Junior School, lauded Asharami Synergy for the timely intervention.

She noted that the improved furniture would boost studentsโ€™ concentration and academic performance by reducing distractions in the classroom.

This donation underscores Asharami Synergyโ€™s commitment to uplifting communities through targeted social impact initiatives in education.
