Nigerian actress and TV presenter Rachel Bakam has died at the age of 38 after battling a short illness.

The sad news was disclosed by the founder of Chocolate City, Audu Maikori who mourned her on his Facebook page telling the world how heavy his heart is to lose a friend and a singer at such a young age.

Rachel Bakam left her family yesterday after battling with a short illness at a private hospital in Abuja and family and friends are mourning her writing their tribute on her Instagram page announcing her death to others.
