The red carpet featured bright colours, playful prints and striking designs. Each outfit offered a different take on the theme, making the event a showcase of bold fashion choices.
Written, produced and directed by Adenike Adebayo-Esho, Tele x Zikora is a campus romance set at the fictional Lagos Metropolitan University. The film follows two young people from different worlds whose paths cross, leading to a love story.
Ahead of its cinema release on October 23, 2026, the cast and crew gathered for the premiere. The rave glam theme gave attendees room to experiment with colours, textures and unusual combinations.
Sophia Chisom stood out in a royal blue longline coat over a matching top. The outfit featured a sharp white collar and cuffs. She paired it with a burnt-orange wrap mini skirt, creating a striking contrast.
To complete the look, she added an orange beret, star-shaped drop earrings and white knee-high boots. The accessories gave her outfit a playful finish.
Meanwhile, Mike Afolarin took a more casual approach. He wore a cow-print shearling jacket over a black top. He paired it with dark grey flared jeans featuring silver side-buckle details.
A dark cap completed his look. The actor embraced the bold print while keeping the rest of his outfit simple.
Genoveva Umeh, on the other hand, opted for magenta and rose-pink sequins. Her dress featured structured shoulders and an asymmetrical skirt. Long, shredded ribbons added movement to the design.
She completed the outfit with deep pink tights and metallic heels. The matching shades created a head-to-toe pink look that stood out on the red carpet.
