Beauty entrepreneur and reality star Adeola Adeyemi, popularly known as Diiadem, has addressed rumours of an affair and pregnancy involving businessman Olakunle Churchill.
The rumours followed Diiadem’s public fallout with Dabota Lawson, her co-star on The Real Housewives of Lagos.
During their online clash, Dabota alleged that Diiadem had a romantic relationship with Churchill. The allegation sparked speculation about Diiadem’s relationship with the businessman.
Diiadem, however, called the claim a “false narrative” in a Snapchat post. She said she has known Churchill for more than 13 years.
“I’d like to address two things. The false narrative that’s currently being circulated. I’ve known Big Church for over 13 years. We have a long-standing friendship that dates back to my school days in Ghana. The pregnancy rumour being attached to our friendship is completely false,” she wrote.
Diiadem also denied reports that she is pregnant for Churchill.
The reality star said she attends events organised by her friends and supports people close to her. She urged people not to mistake her friendship with Churchill for a romantic relationship.
“I attend my friend’s events, I support the people I care about, and that’s all there is to it. Not every friendship needs to be turned into gist. One more thing: I never admitted to being pregnant for anyone, nor did I confirm any of the narratives currently being circulated.
“The term “my married ex” was simply me referencing a phrase that had already been used publicly. Somehow, that has now been turned into an entirely different story. Please, let’s stop turning assumptions into facts.”
Diiadem spoke out as attention continues to grow around her clash with Dabota.
