Jelicia Westhoff, the former partner of Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, has accused the footballer of neglecting their son as rumours linking him to American rapper Cardi B continue to grow.

The rumours started after Okoye, 26, appeared with Cardi B, 33, at Paris Fashion Week in France. He was seen helping the rapper to her seat during the event.

The pair later sparked more speculation when they dined with friends at Gio’s restaurant inside The St. Regis hotel in Venice, Italy. Reports also claimed they watched a fireworks display with the same group.

As the rumours gained attention, Westhoff took to Instagram on Monday to criticise the goalkeeper. The Dutch model shares a son, Emiliano Isaiah, with Okoye.

She reposted videos carrying the captions: “Never force a man to be involved with his children” and “No respect for a deadbeat”.

Westhoff also shared a now-deleted Instagram post. In it, she claimed she had stayed silent about their personal issues to protect Okoye’s career.

“Imagine I shut my f**king mouth, lied about what YOU did to me, so you could continue YOUR career and all you do is embarrassing US,” Westhoff wrote.

She added: “YOU make me look like I’m a bitter baby mother when I helped you when NO one was there for you!!! … YOU DON’T TAKE CARE OF YOUR 1 and only SON! BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO BE WITH YOU, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU.”

Westhoff made similar allegations in December 2024. At the time, she accused Okoye of neglecting their son and treating her with disrespect.

Okoye and Cardi B have not commented on the dating rumours or Westhoff’s latest claims.
