Media entrepreneur and host of the viral talk show #WithChude, Chude Jideonwo, has unveiled the official ‘Madam President’ trailer. The highly anticipated three-part political drama marks his first venture into scripted storytelling as an executive producer.

The series will premiere on @ChudeFilms on YouTube. It draws inspiration from true-life events. It explores the cost of leadership, the weight of power, and the courage required to challenge systems.

Sharing the trailer, Jideonwo wrote simply, “Power has a price. The official trailer for MADAM PRESIDENT is here. “After years of deliberately focusing on documentaries and unscripted conversations, Jideonwo described Madam President as a story too important to ignore.

He shared, “After years of saying no to scripted content, I finally executive produced a series focused on a story dear to my heart.” He added, “You’ll recognise the story. It’s inspired by true-life events.”

Executive producers Chude Jideonwo and Jennifer Mairo lead the project. Mercy “Big Star” Osazuwa directed the series. The cast includes Peggy Ovire, Teniola Aladese, Ayo Adesanya, Jide Kosoko, Patrick Doyle, Grace Angalabiri, Dr. Faith Adewale (BBN), and other celebrated actors.

Joy, Inc. and YNaija Studios produced the series. Africa No Filter and CcHUB Creative Economy power the production. Furthermore, Madam President offers more than political drama. It reflects on power, accountability, justice, and the human cost of leadership.
