British TV star Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he has an “aggressive” form of cancer. He shared the news during the final episodes of Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 on Prime Video.

Clarkson broke the news while speaking with co-stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper. He told them, “I’ve got cancer.” Cooper appeared shocked and asked, “No, you haven’t. Where?” Clarkson replied, “Where it is is of no concern to anybody. I’ve known since May.”

The former Top Gear host said he recently visited a doctor after concerns about his health. He explained that he “disappeared off the other week” because he went for medical tests and “had a biopsy.”

Doctors later told Clarkson that the cancer was “aggressive.” However, they detected it early, improving his chances of successful treatment.

Speaking about the next step, Clarkson said, “I’ll have to go and have an operation, and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body’s out of action for a little while.”

The show later featured Clarkson in a hospital bed. Reflecting on his journey, he said Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 started “with me in a hospital bed, and we are at the end of Season 5, and I’m back in a hospital bed.”

Clarkson also revealed that “some of the treatment” had “gone awry.” He then shared a sobering update, saying, “If my next round of treatment is successful, I’ll see you for Season 6, and if it isn’t, I won’t.”
