In a heartwarming video that has since gone viral, the father of two made a surprise appearance at home, an emotional reunion carefully planned by his wife.

Unaware that their father was waiting, the kids can be seen entering the living room in the footage.

They were so ecstatic that they ran towards him as soon as they saw him.

In a scene that made many people cry, Jude was thrown off his chair by the emotional force of the embrace while his kids held on to him.
