Thirty-five Nigerians evacuated from France have arrived in Nigeria via the Air France flight AF0936 due to the joint efforts of the Nigerian Mission in France and the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.

Another set of 32 Nigerians from other European countries also arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja with the Nigerians evacuated from France. This was announced by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) on Twitter.

The Commission also said that even though the returnees tested negative for Coronavirus before boarding the flight, they will still proceed on self-isolation, in accordance with the NCDC’s guidelines.
