ABC has named its very first Black President, Channing Dungey, today in what will go down as a significant moment in history. She will be the first black person to become President at a major Television Network after replacing Paul Lee as President of ABC Entertainment Group.

Paul Lee stepped down after an ill fated power tussle with Ben Sherwood, president of Disney/ABC TV Group and his successor Dungey is the first African American to ever head a big four TV network.
