Just a day after two suspects were arrested in Brussels on allegations of affiliations to the Islamic State, Belgium has banned firework displays on New Year.
Although authorities have not disclosed the details of terror threats, they have decided to place a ban on fireworks during the celebration of a new year.
Following the deadly terror attacks in Paris, attention has fallen on Belgium as one of the famous recruiting grounds for the Islamic State group.
A few of the masterminds of the attacks have been revealed to be Belgian nationals, notably Abdelhamid Abaaoud.
