Nigerian citizens who were stranded in Saudi Arabia have returned home.
384 Nigerians consisting of 83 females, 300 males and one infant landed at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja via Saudi Air flight B773. They arrived at about 1:10 pm on Thursday, January 28.
This comes after a video of these stranded Nigerians packed in a room who cried to return as they undergo poor treatment surfaced online.
According to reports, there are 418 Nigerians more are expected to land in Nigeria tomorrow, Friday, January 29.
The returnees will be quarantined at the Federal Capital Territory Hajj camp for 14 days in line with the reversed COVID-19 protocols by the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19.
