The Nigerian Government has evacuated 247 Nigerians from Malaysia and Thailand via a chartered AirPeace flight APK-7813. This was announced by Mr. Gabriel Odu, the Head of the Media and Public Relations Unit of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM).
The Commission also said that even though the returnees tested negative for Coronavirus before boarding the flight, they will still proceed on self-isolation, in accordance with the NCDC’s guidelines.
