Buhari Declares he’s not Afraid of Free and Fair Election

President Buhari has declared that he has no fear in free and fair elections because he is a beneficiary of such.

He disclosed this during an interactive session with the Nigerian community in China as he recalled how he became president after trying four times.

Buhari who is in China for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit, called for a level playing ground during the 2019 polls.

“I have no fear about free and fair election, because that’s what brought me here,” he said in a video shared on the presidency’s Twitter handle.

“I know what I went through,” he said, adding that, “I tried four times… and the fourth time technology came and helped us and people’s vote counted”.

He further called on Nigerians in China to support his government and vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 general election.
