The death of veteran reggae musician Ras Kimono (real name Ukeleke Onwubuya) has been announced.
According to Leadership Newspaper, Ras Kimono passed on, this Sunday morning at Lagoon Hospital, Ikoyi, where he was transferred to from a hospital in Ikeja.
The late musician is known for his songs, “under pressure”, and ” rhumba stylee”. He was 60 years old and he was survived by 5 children. May his soul rest in peace.
