Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo lifts lockdown for two days.
President Nana Akufo-Addo has lifted restrictions imposed on the movement of persons within some parts of Greater Accra, Tema, Kasoa and Greater Kumasi.
This was announced by President during his live televised address to the nation today, Sunday, April 19, 2020.
Despite the lifting of the lockdown, Ghana’s borders will remain closed. The ban on social gatherings of not more than 25 persons is also still in place.
