American rapper Cardi B  is now officially the first female rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100without featuring any other artist since Lauryn Hill 19 years ago.

Her debut hit “Bodak Yellow” has been trending for sometimes now and has finally moved atop the Billboard charts, rising from the No. 2 spot to No. 1.

Lauryn Hill in 1988 was the last female rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100 without features.

Post Malone‘s new song “Rockstar” featuring 21 Savage makes it’s debut at No. 2 while Taylor Swift‘s “Look What You Made Me Do” slipped from its first spot to the third spot.

This is sure a big win for Cardi B, congratulations!
