Country music starlet Taylor Swift has joined the cast of Universal Pictures’ 3-D animated film based on the Dr. Seuss children’s book The Lorax. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 21-year-old joins an all-star cast in Danny DeVito, Betty White and High School Musical star Zac Efron. Taylor will play the love interest of Efron’s character, a boy who tries to find a way to his dream girl’s heart. DeVito will play the tree whisperer and title character Lorax, while Betty White will voice Zac’s grandmother. This is Swift’s second film, after her appearance in last year’s flick Valentine’s Day.
