Marine boot camp is notoriously rough, but a fresh recruit shouldn’t have to deal with a sergeant hijacking his Facebook account.
According to authorities, Wisconsin recruiter Sgt. Andrew Curran claimed he needed a soldier’s email and Facebook information for background checks, then, posing as the recruit, used the account to ask his female friends for nude photos.
The leatherneck’s mother noticed odd activity on the Facebook page while her boy was at boot camp and notified cops, who were already investigating illegally accessed emails and images of girls posted to a porn site.
Curran was arrested and charged with five felony counts of child pornography plus two felony counts of misusing personal information, which could draw him up to 137 years in prison. That’s some tough duty
