Two years after 276 girls were abducted from Chibok, Borno state, fresh hope has arisen that the girls might still be alive.
Of the girls abducted, some of The Chibok girls have escaped and 219 remain missing. A new video from CNN showing about fifteen of the girls has indicated that the girls might yet be alive.
Despite assurances from the Buhari administration that the girls will be found, the girls have remained missing. The government has not ruled out negotiating with the Boko Haram abductors.
