The Super Eagles Star, Samuel Kalu has tested negative to Coronavirus and has been discharged from the hospital. He had therefore joined his Girondins Bordeaux teammates for training.

This was confirmed by the Bordeaux football club who posted a picture of Kalu training with his teammates on its verified Twitter page with the caption written in French, which is translated to mean, “A return this morning to training.”

Samuel Kalu had initially tested positive to the virus when he was returning to France from Nigeria in July.
