Fast-rising real estate influencer and social critic, Scott Iguma has sparked a massive reaction online after a video of him calling out Nigerian billionaire, Sijibomi Ogundele better known as Sujimoto went viral.
In the trending clip, Scott Iguma released excerpts of his conversation with Sujimoto after reaching out to the billionaire over reports he received about him owing his staff.
Scott Iguma is one of the fastest-rising content creators and social critics within the Lagos and Nigerian real estate space.
Over the last few months, he has gained massive popularity for his work, which has primarily focused on the exorbitant fees and cost of buying and renting real estate in Nigeria.
Scott Iguma is famous for calling out realtors for their overpriced houses and the poor quality of real estate being sold to Nigerians both home and in the diaspora.
The social critic seems to have shifted his gaze to one of the most successful realtors in Nigeria, Sujimoto, and it is not for the usual reason for which he attacks realtors.
“Pay the salaries of your staff” – Scott Iguma slams Sujimoto
In his public notice, Scott Iguma shared how he reached out to Sujimoto twice about the reports that he owed his staff.
He noted that he felt that wasn’t the core of his activism, so it would be better for him to give the billionaire the benefit of the doubt before taking any drastic steps.
However, the reaction he got from Sujimoto wasn’t encouraging, which is why he decided to go public with the allegations.

Scott Iguma alleged that Sujimoto has been owing some of his staff salaries from December 2024 to date and some since January 2025.
Sujimoto is the founder and CEO of Sujimoto Group, a luxury real estate development company.
He is known for his ambitious and innovative approach to real estate, focusing primarily on high-end, luxury properties in Lagos and other major cities in Nigeria.
