Offset and Cardi B’s drama is far from done. Offset has now filed an amended statement requesting spousal support in a new development in their ongoing divorce, demonstrating his unwavering refusal to give up his opulent lifestyle.
Although he did not specify a sum, TMZ claims that the request indicates that he expects Cardi B to make a financial contribution after the breakup.
While he acknowledges that Cardi’s house should continue to be the children’s primary residence, he also reaffirmed his desire for joint custody of their children.
Since Cardi B filed for divorce in August 2024, this is the first significant update.

Even though the pair had previously gained notoriety for their contentious internet arguments, she at the time stood up for Offset against claims that he was an absent father.

Although both parties initially agreed to pay for their own legal fees, the legal battle may be about to get more heated with this new request for spousal support.
