Following a contentious update involving his children, major businessman Obi Cubana’s personal life has recently gained a lot of attention on social media.
The controversy started when Obi Cubana named his biological son Alex as his next of kin and shared a picture of the two of them.
His adopted kid Chidi was featured in a TikTok video that went popular not long before this.
The event is still causing controversy online even though Chidi has since taken down the video and limited comments on his page.

Some attacked Obi Cubana for making his next of kin’s identity public, while others praised him for doing so.
Those who opposed included media star Destiny Ezeyin, better known by her stage as Radiogad.
In a video posted on Wednesday, April 23, Radiogad voiced dissatisfaction with Obi Cubana’s approach to the situation.
He emphasised that Chidi was only taking part in a popular TikTok video and said that the billionaire’s actions would make his adopted son feel less appreciated.
Radiogad asserted that both the biological and adopted sons should be treated equally, saying:
“If you never loved him like a son, why did you adopt him?”
He further warned that such treatment could lead Chidi to miss his biological parents.

In the caption accompanying his video, Radiogad wrote:
“Obi Cubana na so brotherhood h@tr£d dey start there’s no point debunking, I wonder how the other child would feel, he was only catching cruise on tiktok.”
His remarks have added to the ongoing public conversation, with many questioning how family matters should be handled—especially when played out in the public eye.
