The 11th edition of MTV Video Music Awards nominees have been released and Beyonce, Queen Bay as fondly called, leads the pack with 11 nominations to her name, closely followed by Adele with 8 nominations.
Beyonce’s “Lemonade” and Adele‘s “Hello” videos have been nominated in the Video of the year category which includes Drake’s “Hotline Bling”, Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” and Kanye West’s “Famous”
She’s also in the running for Best Female Video, Best Collaboration, Best Choreography and Best Art Direction to name a few.
Drake and Kanye West will be going head-to-head against Bey in the Video of the Year category with Drizzy’s “Hotline Bling” and Ye’s “Famous” visuals. Drake is up for six nominations (including nods for Rihanna’s “Work” video) and Ye is up for two nominations.
